By using KidTechy, you agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward so you know exactly what to expect from our platform and what we expect from our community.

Who Can Use KidTechy

• Parents or legal guardians must create accounts for children
• Programs are designed for children ages 4-10
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per family (multiple children can be added)

Programs & Sessions

When you book a program:

• Full payment is required to secure your enrollment
• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance
• Cancellations made before scheduling receive credit for future programs
• No refunds after a session has started

Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Multi-child discounts: 10% off 2nd child, 20% off 3rd+ children
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
• Credits from cancellations are valid for 12 months

Safety & Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment:

• All mentors are background-checked and trained
• Sessions are moderated and recorded for safety
• Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated
• Parents are responsible for supervising younger children during sessions
• We reserve the right to remove users who violate community guidelines

Content & Intellectual Property

• All curriculum, materials, and platform content belong to KidTechy
• Children's projects and creations belong to the child and family
• You may not record, redistribute, or resell our content
• We may showcase children's work with parental permission

Changes & Updates

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of KidTechy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
